We provide services for you to promote to your Partners, Sponsors and Delegates enabling you to add value to your offer in the competitive Conference market.

ConferencesWe provide Introductions at:

  • Conferences
  • Seminars
  • Breakfast Briefings

We facilitate connections between:

  • Sponsors/Partners and Delegates
  • specific, named Delegates
  • your Directors and specific Delegates
  • VIPs

Our Introducing Service helps Sponsors and Partners engage on-site with their prospective customers and clients during crowded networking periods.

Our research shows that Delegates attending Conferences would be more satisfied if they can be sure of connecting with others relevant to their business.

They often leave it to chance and the intimidating number of people means that they may leave your Conference frustrated and unwilling to return again.  We work with your Conference team to ensure that Delegates' requirements are not left to chance.

I’m OK at social things – it’s when I’m going to networking events and I’m supposed to be talking to people, that I’m intimidated. I just don’t do it, and then I think what was the point of that, that was a waste of time.

Satisfied Delegates make your event more successful, more talked about and more actively promoted - the Delegates become your new brand champions. And they’ll come again next time.

With no prior knowledge of the 80 or so people on the attendance list for our Cost of Compliance Conference, Rachel located the people I had tasked her to find. She brought them across the room and introduced them to the appropriate Director.
Each Director was then able to have their desired business conversation and make good use of the available time. She even went beyond her target by spotting an opportunity to impress our Sponsor – introducing him to a busy Chief Executive. She provided a first-class service.
